WHO AM I ?

Raheem Jamal is a self-taught contemporary Artist/Emcee from Boston, MA. (Roxbury). Raheem characterizes his original artwork as “abstract afro-centric realism.” 
 
 As an MC, (AKA Radio Raheem Jamal) Raheem Jamal has toured with and supported many artists such as KRS-1, Talib Kweli, Digable Planets, Slum Village, Common, and many more. From his collective work as a member of Project Move and Electric as well as a many solo projects, Jamal paints beautiful pictures with words, that dance and flow over the soundscape. Always truthful and insightful, his message is one of love, struggle, and strength. 
With deep roots in hip hop music and his unifying message of Peace and Love, Raheem’s original pieces reflect his commitment to humanity and making a difference in our community.
